Your Rights

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to provide the Service, or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Data Retention

When you create an account, we will maintain your Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Third-Party Integrations

If you choose to enable one of our third-party integrations, we read data from the integration necessary to uniquely identify records. For companies, this consists of the company’s domain name (if any) and an opaque unique identifier assigned by the third-party. We use this information for the following purposes:

  • Deduplication: The data collected is used to ensure that we do not create duplicate records. As an example, if your CRM already has a record for a company with a given domain, the integration will update the existing record rather than create a duplicate record with the same domain.

  • Coverage Improvement: If the domain name does not exist in our database, we will crawl the domain and add it to the database. Data that we collect from the domain’s websites during the crawl will be shared with other customers. Outside of the domain name, we do not share information obtained from an integration with other customers.

We also read information necessary to configure the integration. For instance, if you enable the Salesforce integration, we must read your list of Salesforce company properties to provide you with the ability to configure custom mappings between our data and HubSpot company properties.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
